We are happy to offer free standard shipping for all UK Mainland orders
Charges for alternative destinations or premium shipping methods will be calculated automatically at the checkout page for the type of delivery service you choose. Orders are processed after credit card authorisation is complete.
If your order is placed from Monday to Thursday it will be dispatched the same or next day. Please note that your order needs to be placed before 11am for Next Day delivery. If your order is placed on a Friday prior to 11am, the order may be dispatched the same day, if not the next working day. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been dispatched
For Saturday delivery, orders must be placed before 11am on Friday. Please be aware, due to the restricted Saturday dispatch service, any order placed after 11am on Friday will not be delivered until the following Saturday unless you contact us to arrange mid-week delivery.
For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, selected postcodes within Aberdeen, Northern Highlands, Orkney and the Shetlands we can only offer our Standard delivery service of 2-5 days. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Signatures are not required for the Standard delivery option, however they are required for Next Day and Saturday delivery. You can specify an alternative delivery address to your billing address.

We are able to deliver to countries other than those listed. Such orders cannot be processed online, but please contact us at email@example.com. International delivery fees depend on the country you live in, the delivery service you select, and the weight of your package. If you exchange an item, you will be responsible for any returns fees incurred and the delivery of any replacement items.
You can return any goods you are not completely happy with at any time within 14 days of receiving the goods from us. All items must be returned to JEAN MACHINE, 90 LOTS ROAD, LONDON SW10 0QD, UNITED KINGDOM.
All UK returns are free.
If you would like to request pick up, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange same day pick up if requested by 11am Monday – Friday.
Alternatively, please use the returns label that is enclosed with your order to return your goods to us at the Post Office. Please obtain a valid Certificate of Posting with printed/stamped confirmation of date of posting. Retain proof of postage until you receive your refund. Please don't forget to include a delivery note with your shipment.
International returns are not free. You will need to pay return postage. Please send your return via a traceable method, marking your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid any delays at Customs. Please obtain a proof of postage and retain this document until you receive your refund. Please don't forget to include this delivery note with your shipment.
Please write your order reference number clearly on the front of the parcel and enter one of the return reason codes in the Return Code column on the dispatch note.
International customers in Europe (including Ireland), USA, Canada, Asia and Australia can return their items at any time within 28 days of receipt.
In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, EU customers have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we will provide a full refund but you must return the cancelled items to us. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
Please check that the items you are about to return are unworn, in perfect, saleable condition with all hang tags still attached and in the original packaging. We will, on receipt of the returned items, refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card. The original delivery costs will not be refunded (exceptions apply).
There is no need to let us know in advance that you are returning something. You can send your goods back to us, remembering to include this delivery note in your parcel. Please write your order reference number clearly on the front of the parcel and enter one of the return reason codes in Return Code column above. A: Too small, B: Too big, C: Not what I expected, D: Faulty Goods, E: Other.
Your RightsYour rights under this Part 3 are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. If you wish, you may notify us by email at email@example.com that you would like to cancel your order before the end of the statutory cancellation period (7 days from the day after you receive the Goods). You must then return the goods to us along with the returns form as above. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
