You can return any goods you are not completely happy with at any time within 14 days of receiving the goods from us. All items must be returned unworn, in perfect, saleable condition with all hang tags still attached and in the original packaging. We will, on receipt of the returned items, refund the price paid for the goods to the original payment card. The original delivery costs will not be refunded (exceptions apply). 

Customers outside of the US can return their items at any time within 28 days of receipt.

US Returns 

All US returns are free within the 48 continental United States. Please email us quoting your order reference number at team@thejeanmachine.com so we can schedule your free UPS pick-up or send you a free UPS returns label—please let us know which you prefer. To return your goods to us you can drop off your parcel at any UPS pick-up location. Please don't forget to include the invoice/delivery note with your shipment. .

Returns from outside the US

International returns are not free. You will need to pay return postage. Please send your return via a traceable method, marking your package clearly as Returned Goods to avoid delays at Customs. Please obtain proof of postage and retain this document until you receive your refund or exchange. Please don't forget to include the delivery note with your shipment.
